Return Eligibility & Timeframe
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is marked as delivered.
To qualify for a return, items should:
- Be returned in acceptable condition
- Be free from excessive wear, damage, or alteration
- Include original packaging whenever possible
Returns submitted outside the return window or items that do not meet the conditions above may not qualify for a refund.

How To Start A Return
To request a return:
- Email our support team with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Securely package the item to prevent shipping damage
- Ship the return using a trackable shipping service
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
We strongly recommend retaining shipping confirmation and tracking information until your return has been processed.
Exchanges
Exchanges are currently available only for products that arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect compared to the original order
If you received the wrong item or a product with a verified defect, our support team will assist with a replacement where applicable.
For size changes or alternative styles, customers may place a new order separately and request a return for the original item if eligible.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding refund approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.
Please note that banks, credit card providers, and payment processors may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
DontBeCool does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review the issue efficiently, please provide:
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping packaging when possible
- Your order number
Our support team will review the information provided and determine whether a replacement, refund, or alternative resolution is appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.
After this period, the order may already be in processing or prepared for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not qualify for return or refund:
- Products showing excessive wear or damage after delivery
- Items returned outside the approved return period
