Shipping Availability
We currently ship to residential and commercial addresses within the continental United States.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO military addresses
- International destinations outside the United States
Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will generally begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.

Available shipping methods and delivery estimates are displayed during checkout based on your shipping destination and selected delivery option.

Estimated delivery time = Order Processing Time + Carrier Transit Time.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, peak shipping seasons, or other logistical factors outside our direct control.
Tracking Information
We partner with major shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, and regional delivery providers to fulfill customer orders.
Tracking information is automatically emailed once your shipment has been processed and dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the tracking number is generated.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact our support team for assistance.
Shipping Address Policy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping information may result in shipping delays, failed delivery attempts, or returned packages.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours. While we will make reasonable efforts to update shipping information, address changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has started.
DontBeCool is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Deliveries
If tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking around the delivery location
- Contacting household members or neighbors
- Reaching out directly to the shipping carrier
Claims regarding lost, missing, or damaged packages should be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
For damaged shipments, our support team may request photos of:
- The damaged product
- The shipping label
- The outer packaging
Verified shipping issues may qualify for replacement, refund, or additional assistance depending on the situation.
Taxes & Fees
Applicable sales taxes are calculated automatically during checkout based on local tax regulations and shipping destination requirements.
Customers are responsible for any applicable state or local taxes associated with their purchase.
Carrier Delays & Exceptions
Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to severe weather conditions, transportation disruptions, peak seasonal demand, or operational issues.
While we work closely with our fulfillment and shipping partners, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed once a package has been transferred to the carrier.
